To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. my bf n i decided to try this place again as we were more into chatting last time. n it was alright. the texture of meat might be different from what a local chinese would expect, but then still pleasing and since i m a \"saucy girl\", haha, i liked their sour cream and whatever that green and orange sauces are (kinda like avocado plus a hint of herbs and lime plus sour cream).

their potato wedges is a plus too, freshly made, even \"hotter\" than the lamb steak which was meant to be the main dish.

oh, they sour milk drink wasn\'t tempting so we jus kinda had a few sip of it.
