To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三姐有好多好食的名菜,好多TVB人lunch都鐘意book定去食。其中以蛋黃蝦同鼓油雞最好食。有時,仲有自創糖水食,都幾得意,大約五蚊碗,係出面食唔到。但係上菜就真係慢D,同埋千祺唔好叫炒菜,佢D菜唔新鮮,我食過幾次都覺得D菜好老,但係佢就聲稱係新界菜,不過我一食就食得出係大陸菜,因為我屋企餐餐食新界菜,一食就知唔同。
