I went to Orto some time ago for lunch with a friend. A two-course set lunch cost around $158 + 10%, and you can add $35 for a daily dessert. We were given some focaccia, to be dipped in balsamic reduction and black truffle oil.(1) The starter was either a Daily soup or a Daily salad. My friend and I both opted for the latter, a simple green salad without much dressing.(2) I ordered the Linguine clams for my main course. (3) My friend ordered the Roasted pork in Marsala wine sauce - the pork was tender and the wine sauce was agreeable.

We didn't order any dessert as we were full by then.

Overall, the food was all right; the lunch set didn't offer fantastic value as compared with other restaurants on Stanley Street, but at least the decor of Orto was bright and airy.
