Havent been to Hang Fa Chuen for 3.5 years, though am living in Chai Wan.I suggested going to this place for lunch, as I'd seen quite a lot of good comments and its best ranked in this region. But in the end it somehow disappointed me. Order 2 sets:1) 比目魚x穀飯：the wholegrain rice wasnt hot and 'grained' enough; the grilled fish was so-so, not much flavored. 2) 蕃茄雞肉撈烏冬：chewable texture of udon, good! the tomato sauce's like the bottled tomato sauce for spaghetti that you can find in supermarkets, s

2) 蕃茄雞肉撈烏冬：chewable texture of udon, good! the tomato sauce's like the bottled tomato sauce for spaghetti that you can find in supermarkets, slightly sour and quite liquid. chicken in too small pieces, dont like that either.
udon is good, but just the udon this time.
