The udon here is chewier than the type at Ajisens.
Before mixing the roe in the centre it was already partially mixed with cod roe and the taste of the udon was quite nice.
However I made the mistake of not try the cod roe and mixing it directly into the udon and it ended up really salty.

Udon with pork in prawn brothThe broth for this was really good. If you have tried sun-dried prawns it tastes like that with a very concentrated prawn taste but not too salty.
The udon tasted nice in prawn soup it but since I am not a fan of udon I wasn’t wowed by it.
The pork however tasted better because it was fresh and sliced extremely thin, there was not much fat on it and it was tender.
The broth had a nice golden colour.
