The crab egg drop was very mild. The seaweed udon was a big disappointment; the “citrus” was a sprinkle of some sort of yellow power and I didn’t taste any citrus flavor. As a matter of fact, the seaweed udon hardly has any taste. The broth for crab meat and seaweed were very starchy which I didn’t like. The tomato broth is better. I do like the udon’s texture which is smooth and thin like an angel hair spaghetti. They do offer sashimi but the menu was too complicated so we only order the udons.
