Rated a top restaurant to try in 2023, certainly came in with expectations. Walked away unsatisfied, hungry and feeling exploited. We started off with the mussels pain perdu. That was ok. The second dish was scallops, also ok. The charred squid was like KFC coleslaw. The Japanese cod, as a main for HKD388, was both limited in portion and imagination. The beef short rib tastes like Cafe Coral's steak and sized for a 6 year old. The glass of white wine was my highlight. Paying HKD1,500 for that me
