To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小弟之前見到呢間永年好多人排隊去食，我出於好奇之際睇下係咪咁好食就排咗二十分鐘到走入去食啦，我吖左3餸車仔麵，有糖心蛋，豬大腸，仲有豬紅，麵底係幼麵， 其實小弟覺得d料係幾足，但係因為車仔麵有味精,所以雖然個湯底甜甜地，但係食完成碗麵之後都會覺得口乾，仲諗住應該有杯水飲下掛,點不知執台阿姐同我講竟然無水提供，佢話淨係得10蚊一支礦泉水賣,我梗係唔洗啦,所以食完之後去附近到買左罐忌廉飲。我唔明點解連水都冇得提供,真係好失望,不過碗車仔麵其實又唔係真係難食,不過如非必要都唔會再幫襯。因為買完等攞嗰位好迫，我迫都要係吹風機嘅前面度等攞。唉
