Sushi - came fast and was acceptable levels of freshness

EXCEPT for 1 thing - the 'plates'

This restaurant has a UNACCEPTABLElevel of plastic use. It not only ruined the taste of the fish - it's also terrible for the environment.

Served on a polystyrene plate, the soya sauce dish is polystyrene, 2 pieces of sushi is served on polystyrene, as is 8 pieces....

We asked for a normal porcelain plates and were refused - 'We dont have them'. Yet the ramen came in a porcelain bowl and dumplings on a porcelain plate.

2 people - ~$200 spending - 16 pieces of polystyrene = maybe 50 future pieces of sushi killed due to pollution?

Never again.
