Had lunch on Sunday, it was not full when we arrived around 1pm; we already doubted why it was so empty in the peak lunch hr. It was not our first time to eat here, & we also visited many times at the CWB one. However, it was not a pleasant experience today. I ordered an udon and my bf ordered a new 'jap egg' rice set. When we ordered, the waitress informed us that we had to wait for 20mins for the cooking time. Alright, that's fine and we ordered drinks. Then my udon came around 5mins later, a
I ordered an udon and my bf ordered a new 'jap egg' rice set. When we ordered, the waitress informed us that we had to wait for 20mins for the cooking time. Alright, that's fine and we ordered drinks. Then my udon came around 5mins later, and I waited till my bf's rice arrived. During the time of waiting, the family sitting at the next table just angrily asked to check the bill while cancelling the dessert. We guessed it was because they had been waiting for too long. Then we waited & waited, asked the manager to check the order, he said it was cooking and would come soon. Then waited for some time again. My udon got cold already and we asked the manager to check again. At last, after half n hour's waiting, the food came but it was not the one we ordered. We were angry and cancelled the order; and finally left in which my bf ate nothing there. The food is ok, but it was so ridiculous, how can it keep the customers waiting for such a long time, and offered something wrong, and wivout saying nor showing any 'sorry'? Also, it was not just happening on us, but others, too.
DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! Won't go again!
