I ordered the daily special of Nyonya tin foil baked chicken. This came with a side of spicy sour vegetables which were crunchy but really spicy so boyfriend ate them. The chicken was two drumsticks. Chicken was moist but oddly bland. It was smothered in spices but it was bland. It wasn't marinated long enough.
Boyfriend had beef rendang. It came with rice. Rice was ok. Beef was soft and fell apart so was braised long enough. It was a bit spicy. The sauce was thick. It was ok.
I had a Malaysian ice tea. It was basically regular cha chan teng ice milk tea with a layer of sugar syrup in the bottom and condensed milk. It wasn't very good as the tea wasn't smooth and strong. Boyfriend had an ice coffee. His was watery.
Doubt I'd return unless stuck at this mall again.
