Unbelievably Awful Service

We've been to Mott 32 many times and that was the reason why we chose this place to celebrate my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, the service provided was just unbelievable. If this place considers itself as fine dining, I'd rate it as the one with the WORST service I have ever seen among fine-dining restaurants in Hong Kong. After the dinner, I felt so guilty to my wife that I proposed that we re-do her birthday dinner at Mott 32; my wife turned down my offer as she said she was unsure if Mott 3
