This is an interesting place - mini food court style with 4 different “restaurants”. Saw Motown’s Detroit style pizza and couldn’t resist! It rare enough to see deep dish pizza in HK but even more rare to see the Detroit square style. Order the Hummer and was disappointed upon seeing it. Is Pepperoni so expensive that they can only put 1 per square? I don’t see much of bacon or sausage either. It’s American food - I should get heaps of everything. Wings seem oven baked - sauce failed to cling on the wing without the frying leaving it quite bland.
