To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 向來以鮑魚馳名嘅陶源酒家係沙咀道開新分店,位置少許偏遠,附近係工商業區,人流唔多。 門面同店內嘅裝修不錯,比人一種很grand的感覺,最重要係樓底高,增加唔少空間感。 一共叫左六款點心同一客炒飯。 蘿蔔千絲穌$24: 外皮不夠脆,一夾即穿。但入面的蘿蔔絲入口即溶,無澀味而帶點清清嘅甜味,不俗! 正當我諗緊呢個廚皇炒飯係用咩材料時候,打開menu一睇,佢嘅英文係Chef fried rice conpoys & mushrooms wrapped with lotus leaf, 但可惜係無荷葉包住架!材料包括瑤柱、紫菜、炸乾蔥、西蘭花等,但無食到蘑菇。飯粒乾身挺立,味道不過不失。(6/10)

以前食過荃灣另一分店嘅晚餐,各個小炒都做得幾出色,所以對陶源都抱有期望。
但個人認為,午市點心試過一次就足夠。
