Good food and used to be a regular spot for me. Haven’t been back in a while so decided to come for lunch today. The service was extremely slow, and I didn’t mind it very much until I was asked by the manager to vacate my table while I was finishing my coffee at the end of my meal. Good food and used to be a regular spot for me. Haven’t been back in a while so decided to come for lunch today. The service was extremely slow, and I didn’t mind it very much until I was asked by the manager to vacate my table while I was finishing my coffee at the end of my meal. I would have finished much sooner if the service wasn’t so slow to begin with. Also, there were 2 other tables on either side of me where the diners were taking much longer (they sat down either before me or around the same time)….but I guess I was singled out for reasons unbeknownst to me. The manager was very nice and apologetic when I provided feedback, but at this point my otherwise nice meal was already ruined. It’s not a nice feeling to be singled out and to be treated unfairly, especially when the root cause has to do with service/management and not with the customer.
