Raspberry Basil Infused Tea (HKD30)Actually I am not quite like sour drink but this is different as it is infused tea, is fresh and I think is quite unique as with basil, taste is pretty good and feeling comfortable when you drink a bite!

This one got some sour as with raspberry, with Raspberry cream, white chocolate glazing and crispy raspberry, texture and taste are complicated, sour, sweet, crispy, smooth and creamy! But I recommend you eat this first, as with some raspberry and a little bit sour, would make you want to eat more, so don't left it until the last, otherwise you nothing to eat^^

If don't see the name, I think it is a green tea taste, however is crumbled pistachio chocolate pieces on top, love it as crunchy and not too sweet
Filling with Pistachio chocolate cream and glazing, crunchy pistachio chocolate pieces, it is really rich with the cream, my favourite!Overall, all the Eclairs are pretty nice, no matter the outlook or taste, especially not over sweet and normal, texture is soft, smell good, freshly baked with silky filling inside, looks fun with colourful outlook, this is the 1st time I tried the most delicious Eclairs in Hong Kong, should try the others kinds and visit again!
These are worth to buy and I believe you cannot forget them when you have one!
Highly recommended ~ go go go!!! Still thinking of them^^
