One of the best restaurants I went to on my visit to Hong Kong (and I went to a LOT!), food is amazingly fresh and delicious with every dish presented as a spectacle for the eyes and the palate. There were many stand out dishes, the oyster in port sauce, the whelk, the crispy skin chicken and the sweet and sour pork (presented in a gourged pineapple, the softest pork and sweetest pinnapple you could want). Leave a little room for dessert and have the coconut ice cream, it's delicious and leaves
Great sevice, I will go again (and again!) when I return to Hong Kong. The best Chinese food I ate when I was in Hong Kong, says it all really!
