A fun and unique dining experience on a traditional Chinese Junk Boat. Enjoyed the breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour along the way. APPETIZERS✨Crab Roe Siu Mai (Left): Firm texture, average taste✨Pickled Pepper Har Gao (Middle): Good that the dumpling wrapper stays intact when picking the dumpling up✨Seasonal Vegetable & Peach Gum Dumpling (Right): Would be nice if the flavours can stand out a bit more✨Sliced Squid with Green Horseradish: A lightly flavoured dish✨Osmanthus Glazed Beef Flake
