If you want a unique hands-on dining experience, you’ll love this place, as almost everything is DIY here, including your drinks and desserts! The set for 2 was super filling for the 3 of us. Apart from the Caesar salad and buttered scallop (which we hungrily reheated and devoured before taking pics), we had to cook all the other Teppanyaki dishes by ourselves, which was super fun but tiring after a whileFor meat, we chose the beef short ribs, which were quite juicy and flavorful with the sauce

For meat, we chose the beef short ribs, which were quite juicy and flavorful with the sauce and onions sprinkled on top.

As for the okonomiyaki (savory Japanese pancake), we got the signature Dohtonbori mix, which contained the most variety of raw ingredients, such as octopus, shrimp, scallop, egg, cheese, carrot to name a few

It’s actually easier than we thought - just mix up all the ingredients in a bowl and pour in a circle onto the grill, then flip it over to the other side when ready and sprinkle the seasoning on top!

The Hiroshima-style one was a bit harder, as we had to fry the egg and noodles separately before putting it back on top of the batter without it falling apart

Compared to the previous one, this had more texture with the crunchy lettuce, crispy bacon and chewy noodles, but after adding mayo, the special sauce and dried seaweed and bonito flakes on top, it all tasted pretty much the same
Tip: Don’t worry if you have no idea how to make the different okonomiyakis, as you can follow the clear instruction guide on each table.

For drinks, we were quite surprised that we had to squeeze our own juice out of the orange, and after all the effort, the flavor wasn’t really strong

We enjoyed making the pancake the most, as it was the easiest while the creamy Mascarpone cheese batter balanced well with the slight acidity of the berries, except that ours didn’t look as nice as the picture
