Last night, Joyce and I decided to unwind at Iwaigo in Mong Kok, and it was the perfect spot! The cozy Japanese wooden design instantly made us feel at home, and we couldn’t get enough of the unique sake label wall! 🍶✨

Here’s what we savored:

🍔 Homemade Wagyu Burger
We started our meal with the incredible homemade wagyu burger topped with a raw egg. Mixing the soft yolk with the juicy wagyu brought a silky texture that was absolutely divine!

🔥 Himalayan Salt Wagyu Grill
Next up was the Himalayan salt wagyu, grilled to perfection and still pink in the center. The natural saltiness really elevated the flavor, making every bite a delightful experience.

We also indulged in some delicious skewers and small plates that are definitely worth trying:

Mentaiko
Teriyaki Squid - perfectly cooked with great texture
Sea Urchin Chazuke - super fresh urchin, perfect for ending the meal
Sake Steamed Clams - love the aroma and flavour
Takoyaki
Beef Ribeye

And of course, we enjoyed our meal with Junmai Sake – Kin Suishin. Its fruity aroma and smooth texture made it so easy to drink, we couldn’t resist going for another round! 🍶💕

If you’re looking for a cozy spot with an amazing atmosphere and delicious food, Iwaigo is a must-visit!
