Chicken thigh is so succulent you can literally see those juices dripping on the side when you cut through it! The chicken has been marinated nicely, very flavorful just on its own. Of course the crispy skin is a winner. A simple dish but done to perfection.

My piece of steak unfortunately got a tough sinew running through making it quite hard to chew. But the chimichurri sauce is very well balanced and refreshing, lifted the beef flavor. The mashed sweet potato on the bottom was also delicious, would prefer some vegetables garnishes on the side though.

A decadent dessert is just the right mood booster that I need to carry on with my day. This classic creme caramel served with loads of fresh figs and whipped cream did just the job. It’s an incredibly smooth, rich and super creamy pudding with dominant egg flavor without overly sweet. It’s denser than the typical flan or pudding with an extra creaminess that just melt and coat the mouth. The fresh figs is a perfect complement to cut through the richness.
