the steak is incredibly juicy, chewy, and tender! it tasted really good with the black pepper sauce that is served along with the meat. the plating is also very stylish!! however, without salt, the meat has not a very strong taste, even with the sauce. also, some parts are quite hard, where others are very fatty. it’s also quite a large steak and is very hard to finish. would still recommend ❤️
