The ramen was served and it really looked colorful, but the question is: does the chocolate ramen work?
Actually, it does except for the piece of chocolate itself. The chocolate was milk chocolate so it was on the sweeter side. Had it been a dark chocolate, it may have worked well. The noodles and meat had a lovely chocolate aroma but without the sweetness and complemented the spicy soup(dandan soup). The beef tongue was really tender as well. The soup was not salty and even after drinking the whole bowl I was not thirsty.
