After finishing our 2-day course in the evening, we went to have Japanese buffet at Cheung Sha Wan vicinity. In clockwise order from top to bottom:
-Fatty salmon sushi was very soft and immediately melt in the mouth when eaten. 
-Seared beef sushi was tender and juicy as well.
-Seared hirame sushi taste a bit like squid.
-Seared unagi eel sushi has a bit of fat in the meat, making it more juicy.

Beef tenderloin was marinated nicely, making it to be tender and juicy. Grilled lamb rack was a tad too hard, biting it like chewing gum. Grilled salmon was decent, taste overly salty.

Skewed pineapple was very juicy, we even encore few times just for the pineapple. Skewed chicken wings was again quite oily and meat was overcooked, causing it to be hard.

Clams in sake soup - could not taste much sake in the soup, but the meat was quite tender and the clams were washed cleanly.
