Their concept was the meat was served on a hot grilled stone, allowing us to grill at our own pace. They offered a wide range of steak, as well as chicken and drinks too.
The attractive part was that they have a self service station, whereby the sauce, rice, miso soup, salad and water were placed there to allow us to take and was free flow.
I ordered 180g of top blade muscle, which was just the right portion for me. Miso soup was flavourful, with plenty of tofu cube, seaweed and mushroom in it. Rice was fragrant and chewy, going well with the steak. Salad was fresh and crunchy as well, mixing with sesame salad sauce. Beef was of thick texture and the hot stone was served very hot. Beef was cooked quickly and was tender and juicy, going well with those sauce provided.
