Tried out the seasonal Ginger Show and White Chestnut Tree, both from their seasonal exclusive range of beverages. The ginger show is a caffeine-free option made with ginger which comes with warming properties (hence this is only served as warm), the ginger sauce was really prominent, which crushed ginger that intensifies the the taste of the drink. The white chestnut tree was also incredible, if you’re a chestnut lover, this is a most order ! Chestnut puree, with activated charcoal tapioca, which is said make your belly less bloated, due to the activated charcoal added to it. And better still, they use edible straws, which minimises the harm and damage cause to our environment ; they are water soluble and starts to soften around the half hour mark, which you can then eat or compost. Their vanilla rice foam also acts as a healthy substitute to the cheese foam we are accustomed to.
