Orange Forest inside The One, Afuri is a popular ramen chain that has just landed Hong Kong.On the table:💚Hazelnut Tantanmen 純素擔擔麵$92 (vegan)This vegan tan tan noodle was so good😊 The palatable broth was very nutty and rich and not too spicy 🤩 (not so authentic tho) The consistency was just right too~you could tell that a lot of nuts went in😉 It would have been even better if the ramen could be more chewy.Ramen crave well satisfied 😋😋在香港很難找到一碗好吃的素拉麵，很難得找到這問坐落The ONE的日本過江龍拉麵店阿夫利🤩他

他們餐牌上有一款純素擔擔麵～這個擔擔麵真的非常非常好吃～雖然不似一般的擔擔麵 ，帶甜湯底因加了大量榛子和果仁而變得份外香濃😋吃到最後仍有很多果仁碎🤩雖然麵稍欠了一點嚼勁，但湯底完全彌補了這方面的不足😉絶對是一碗令人滿足的拉麵🍜
