To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Approved by my meat lover friends ✅. We got the large serving which was perfect to share among the three of us. Everything was really good, I liked the spring roll and the tempeh crisps in particular.

Finally a vegetarian Khao Soi! Did not disappoint at all- the “chicken drumsticks”🍗 went quite well with the veggies. The broth was light and non-oily, would be even more perfect if there was slightly more heat and a stronger coconut note.

This one has the same peanuts flavour as the burger but it makes more sense here because it’s Dan Dan flavour. Interesting fusion but I think it’d be more enjoyable for me if it was a normal soup noodle. This one is a hot one. 🌶
