I don't often have Taiwanese food because Hong Kong has put me off with localized versions which don't taste the same.Only went here because a friend wanted to try it and I was more interested in the special item on the menu:"SPECIAL RECIPE FOR FOREIGNERS" which I didn't try in the end.At the entrance, there is a huge operation theatre / Surgical light which not many people would notice or even realize what it is.The menu had a lot to offer which was a total surprise and not the standard boring

The menu had a lot to offer which was a total surprise and not the standard boring items.Ordered the "Cordia with White Water snowflake" which is exactly what it says on the menu.
When it arrive, it looked like green spaghetti which was crisp with vegetable juice oozing out, just something you wouldn't normally find on the menu so it is worth a try.
