✨ We ordered their Cha Cha Cha Brunch, a 2-hour free flowing brunch over their classic Indian street food priced at $398 hkd per person.

— These crispy sev puri’s were a great way to start! Topped with potatoes, tomatoes, pomegranate and onions, this bite size snack really opened up your appetite for the rest of the dishes.

Pic 2️⃣: 𝑺𝒊𝒍𝒌 𝑹𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒔
— These were so good! The ricotta and spinach stuffing was well seasoned and quite smooth as well. The tangy tomato chutney on the side added a slight kick to these and a good acidic touch.

Pic 3️⃣: 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂
— Thought these really looked like mini pain au-chocolat's 😂 These were light and airy, with a lovely crispy exterior.

Pic 4️⃣: 𝑨𝒍𝒐𝒐 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒓 𝑻𝒊𝒌𝒌𝒊
— Probably my favourite dish from the selection! These potato and pea patties were so delicious but SO spicy which was so unexpected. These were aromatic and very addictive. I loved the addition of arrabbiata sauce for that extra flavour boost, and the sweetness from the tomatoes also lightened the spiciness a little.

Pic 5️⃣: 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒊 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒊
— Quite similar to the sev puri, but the flavours in this were a lot more fresh, likely from the mint and coriander dressing.

Pic 6️⃣: 𝑶𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒉𝒂𝒋𝒊 𝑶𝒌𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒚𝒂𝒌𝒊
— Interesting take on the Japanese okonomiyaki! A very flavourful and fragrant dish, which tasted strongly of onion and spices. Texture was quite dense and starchy though which will fill you up easily.

Pic 7️⃣: 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒊 𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒂 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆
— Loved this! The chai masala flavour was strong and the tea flavour was very fragrant. The texture was creamy and smooth, and the dessert wasn’t overly sweet. The berry coulis balanced out the sweetness really well too!

Pic 8️⃣: 𝑮’𝑱𝒂𝒎 𝑪𝒂𝒌𝒆 & 𝑾𝒂𝒓𝒎 𝑭𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒅
— The G’Jam cake was unique but way too sweet for me, as it’s made with saffron syrup and rabri. The cake itself was very light and fluffy though. Didn’t expect to like the warm fruit salad at all but I ended up having most of it 😂 The ginger cream was subtle, but aromatic and the flavours worked so well with the warm fruits.

Pic 9️⃣: 𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒂 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒂𝒕 & 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑷𝒆𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒓
— Personally thought the samosas were quite hard and the tamarind sauce was too overpowering. The green pepper was very interesting, and the aloo masala filling had a good kick to it.

Not pictured but worth the mention: 𝑺𝒑𝒊𝒄𝒚 𝑮𝒐𝒃𝒚 𝑺𝒊𝒙𝒕𝒚-𝑭𝒊𝒗𝒆
— So annoyed that I forgot to photograph this 😅 These crispy, spicy cauliflower bites were SO good and addicting. The batter was so well seasoned with a good level of spice to it, and they were perfectly deep fried.
