Ahimsa Buffet: (part 1/2)☼ Cute lil vegetarian buffet in Jordan! The food IS labelled, so you’ll know what contains egg/ milk and what is vegan friendly FYI I'm posting this review as these were my initial thoughts, however, since then I've visited Ahimsa a couple more times and ended up loving it! 😺 Tasted very similar to the real thing! Had a nice smokey after taste, plus the texture was 💯 spot on

🍽 Sweet Crispies 🤣 (5th 📷)
😻 I WISH I grabbed more!! We came quite late, so the buffet wasn’t refilling every single station... I was so excited to restock my plate with them during the second round 🥲 The texture was (as you can guess by my title...) crispy and whole thing was coated in caramel/ sugar!!

🍽 “Squid” (6th 📷)
😺 Reminded me if the squid that I had at Kung Tak Lam, but had a more realistic (ie. chewy) texture. Interesting to try, but I wouldn’t it get again 🤷🏻♀️

🍽 DOUGH BALLS (7th 📷)
🥳🤩 I would come back to the buffet purely for this!! It tasted exactly like I would imagine a Russian fairy tale character - kolobok - to taste like (a mischievous piece of dough... 🤣) This brought back memories I didn’t know I had! @ahimsabiffet I WISH YOU STOCKED UP ON THIS!!

👩🏼🍳 Chill atmosphere and lovely staff! Unfortunately the options were quite limited, in the sense that 70% were just veggies... which were tasty, don’t get me wrong! But when I go out to eat, I’d rather try more unique~ foods (mock meats/ pastries etc). Also, I’ve been to a cheaper buffet with a lot more variety of food🥶
