清山塾 (Closed)

I found this amazing hidden gem all the way in Tuen Mun inside a nunnery! The food is very reasonably priced. They use fresh local vegetables and the pasta was al dente. The amaranth pasta was my favourite, followed by the amaranth mushroom pie whiched arrived still sizzling hot with bubbles. This is definitely worth a visit if you live on this side of Hong Kong, or as part of your day trip if you don’t live nearby.
