The restaurant looked cozy but the seating was a bit tight - my back of my chair was touching the back of the chair of the person sitting on the next table).

We started with a dish that had taro wrapped in bean curd sheet. This is a deep fried dish with a good crunch. The crunchy texture was interesting and the dish was delicious.

Our next dish was eggplant and mushroom in hot stone pot. The pot kept the dish quite hot is perfect for winter or rainy days.

The bitter melon has truffle and egg whites. We could see and taste a generous portion of truffles.
