Firstly the service for somewhere at this price point was poor. Our waiter smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and had long, unhygienic finger nails. Unacceptable. Also the staff were moving tables around constantly during the dinner service, which made us feel like we were in a warehouse. The waiters have no idea how to serve wine so it's clear the serving staff have not been trained. The other negative is the portions, some of which were tiny even by nouvelle cuisine standards. For example the sea bass and the lemon tart were decent dishes but very small for the price.
