Very bad experience

I chose pickup from open rice. It said food will be ready in 15 mins, while I waited for 40 mins to get it.The staff was quite impatient. When I asked at after 30min waiting “hey will it be ready any time soon”, she was like “oh it’s not even cooked”. “Can I ask for cancellation and refund?” “Call Openrice! It’s great that I can pass your order if you cancel it right now”.I quite liked the food here previously. But now I guess I’ll never come again.
