To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Came here as the food menu has a good variety. Servicing staff tried to sit us in the first available table near the entrance when inside has plenty, so we picked another one. We ordered a lobster bisque, spring rolls, pizza that has four flavours (forgot its name) and a soft drink. Staff put down the food without even bother to tell us what they were, not that i didn’t know what we ordered, but i think it is just a matter of basic service which was lacking. Staff put down the food without even bother to tell us what they were, not that i didn’t know what we ordered, but i think it is just a matter of basic service which was lacking. Food arrived very quickly, soup was at room temperature, spring rolls was like half cooked, i couldnt even tell what were the stuffing, just could taste a sort of gluey paste 🤢, pizza - used poor quality cheese, the avocado was not fresh and was about to turn bad kind of colour, the whole presentation was just so unappealing. I ate the food because of my friend only, i felt i contaminated my stomach. Definitely not coming back
