Very Bad Service and Overpriced Drinks

The receptionist was extremely arrogant and made me totally pissed-off. The way he talked to us made me feel that they are closed already, although we arrived at 5pm, while their dining room is open until 5:30pm for tea, we were totally not welcomed. No one gave us menu or gave us any explanations, while it was empty in the dining room. The matcha is okay, while it does not worth 148 for a sip, I used to buy 200g matcha powder at one of the best matcha tea shop in Kyoto at 100 HKD, I will never pay a second visit! And will never recommend this shop to my friends.
