very bad service

I have eaten the dessert in the past. Things is very good.But service very crazy.....All staff seem haven't training, bad service, no smile. It is a very old company,but how come the service can like this. Even the thing taste good, but i never will try to eat anymore. Give money to eat but also want to get the service.
