My family and I went to this restaurant this Thursday to have dinner. Because we would be using coupons that we bought on the internet, so we ordered the food that the coupons allowed us to. There were five of us, and each of us was supposed to have rice, soup and cold dish, instead we only got 3 soups, 4 cold dishes and 3 rice. And because we didn't order extra food from the menu, the service already was not good. After the main courses came, we asked for the cold dish and 2 soups that had not come, but only found the food was served in unfriendly manner. Later on, I requested for one more soup, I figured that the waiter had only given us 3 bowls of rice, it would be fine for me to order one more soup. The soup that I ordered was later set heavily on the table, along with a disgruntled voice saying " Is that enough for you? Do you still need anything?"

I would like to clarify that both the coupon and the menu have indicated that customers can eat as much rice, soup and cold dish as they wish. We just ordered the share we supposed to have.
