Not sure if the store is franchised, the female store manager who guides customers during lunch time is very rude, rolled her eyes at me just because I didn't know which seat I should sit. That is a terrible experience, and is unbelievable for a Japanese brand restaurant. The food is okay... I enjoyed having food at Ootoya before.
