Very bad service

We were a group of 10. They gave us rectangle table while there are options for round table. We order 20 dishes and it all came in the same time with the hot foods coming before the appetisers. I have raised this potential issue before ordering and was assured they will pave out the servings. When I raised it to the manager to ask them to slow down on the food. Response was this is not their job. This is rediculous. Very bad service
