The maw was made not too hard or not to soft just right to bite. The chicken soup was very soothing to the throat and tasted very flavourful. In the soup there is also white bamboo and cloud ears in the soup. They were very tasty and healthy to the body. For my mother in law’s dish she said the chicken was very tender and the soup was one of the best she ever had around Hong Kong. She says she will definitely bring her friends to try again their other menus.

We also had some snacks with cloud ear and tapped cucumber mixed with a very special MaLa spicy sauce I have never tried anywhere in Hong Kong. The after taste is very rewarding and unforgettable.
