their 木糠布甸is no good at all! it\'s too hard, and there\'s hardly any 木糠- just 2 very very thin layers. it\'s not very different from eating plain frozen cream, there\'s no variety in texture at all. i highly recommend the 木糠布甸in tin hau\'s 雪之甘味. i tried their cappacino one, and it was really tasty, the coffee taste was very strong. the 木糠in their cake is still not as much as those i\'ve tried in macau, but at least you can still see and taste them.
