Very disappointed about the service

Have a lunch booking online and confirmed the day before lunch. When I get there, the staff said there’s no lunch can be served today because there’s no staff working in the kitchen. Ridiculous! They haven’t even checked the booking in the morning. I was super disappointed because I booked this restaurant for my friends’s bday.
