You would think that at Watami, a restaurant that isnt cheap, the food quality and service woukd match the price on the menu. We ordered a noodle ramen set, as well as the okonomiyaki, and both were far from satisfactory. The ramen noodles were undercooked, the broth so salty that there was a slight burn left in the throat after finishing the noodles. The okonomiyaki was burnt around the edges, and I'm talking about black burnt, not slightly brown, and the pork inside did not seem to be complete

We ordered a noodle ramen set, as well as the okonomiyaki, and both were far from satisfactory. The ramen noodles were undercooked, the broth so salty that there was a slight burn left in the throat after finishing the noodles. The okonomiyaki was burnt around the edges, and I'm talking about black burnt, not slightly brown, and the pork inside did not seem to be completely cooked through. What's even worse is that the service was even more attrocious than the food served to us. Waiters were slow to respond and the kitchen was even slower. When we asked them to take a look at our burnt food, they were very black faced and responded rudely. Extremely disappointed and don't plan on coming here again.
