Very disappointed - oily and overcook

This is my second time having lunch here. The first time I would say it’s so tasty chicken burger, chIcken was big, juicy and soft, bread was big， hot and crunchy. However, this time the chicken burger is too oily and overcooked. I'm very disappointed about this.
