Appetizer was prawn on deep fried toast, very greasy, but acceptable.
Ribs with strawberries was actually like jerky with dark sauce.
Chicken was not totally cooked, of course, in Cantonese standard it was ok. This chicken dish turned out to be the best dish of all.
Then it came 蝦子柚皮, sauce was not soaked into it, also 有根, texture no good.
Noodles was too simple, it became too light after the previous dishes.
Almond drink was nice.
I suggest the chef pay more attention to balancing out taste of different dishes. If the courses are served one after another, may avoid the mixed flavours. Service must be improved if you do not want to create a private 茶餐廳. We want to see you make progress.
