No welcome upon arrival. Didn't tell us the stove weren't working and had no hot food served until order.Very disorganised service e.g. Serving us latte instead of regular coffee, hot tea instead of iced tea.... Asked what was the special sandwich of the day, the waitress response was "on different days we serve different things", so what is it exactly? So it turns out was a salmon sandwich with a pink bread which tasted good! Staff definitely need more training and be patient if you are plannin

Staff definitely need more training and be patient if you are planning to have a relaxing tea.
Overall, good value for money but very poor service.
