We loved greyhound ever since Bangkok, and we have been going to their different outlets in HK ever since they opened the first one. We loved greyhound ever since Bangkok, and we have been going to their different outlets in HK ever since they opened the first one. This is our first visit at the K11 branch, and it was a big disappointment.

Ordered 2 Thai iced tea, once with less sweet, and other one we asked for extra less sweet. They came, and then the waitress said one is less sweet and the other is less ice. We explained that we didn’t order less ice, after the first waitress won’t admit the wrong order, and the second waitress had to take it back. The disappointment part is that they replaced with a new glass which has ever less ice.

Ordered a beef kra prow. The portion of beef is tiny, and definitely doesn’t resemble the picture at all.

Ordered a fried pork knuckle, it took almost one full hour to come. And they didn’t warn the cooking time when we ordered.

Overall the staff was not at all apologetic on any of the above mistakes, which didn’t help the situation and their franchise.
