Was meeting a gf for lunch and she suggested Posto, I have been here before but only for dinner and drinks a few times but never tried there lunch. They were pretty busy but still had a table available without any wait time. One thing i remembered from having dinner was there caprese salad which had homemade mozzarella which was delicious! So I had to order that as a starter and my gf ordered the Caesar salad. The caprese did not disappoint Mmmmm! The Caesar salad was light and not too creamy which was a good contrast from the mozzarella. We decided to share our main course. She choose the meatball sub and I choose the ravioli calabrese but the waitress told me it was not available during lunch... So i asked her what she recommends and she said the farfalle salsiccia so i went for her suggestion. The meatball's in the sub were nice and juicy on garlic bread, a very rich sandwich that i would not be able to finish so good thing we were sharing. It came with taro chips which was an interesting twist compared to regular chips or french fries. The farfalle came out shortly after and one of the main ingredient in the dish was peas.. which I am not a fan of. The pasta was good but nothing amazing i think i would have preferred the ravioli, guess i will have to go back during dinner time to give it a try. I quite like the atmosphere for happy hour and dinner more then the lunch vibe.
